Rein in the Robed Renegades!

We must get these nine robed pooh-bahs in the Supreme Court down from the ivory pedestal on which they have been placed. There is nothing mystical about a 5-4 ruling, or any of their rulings for that matter. The Court CANNOT amend the Constitution. Their rulings can be easily overturned by the Court itself or by Congress. See the attached exercpt Article 3, Section 2. Also, please understand that the Supreme Court does not have an exclusive duty to interpret the Constitution. The President and Congress have an equal duty to interpret it as well.

"U.S. Constitution - Article 3 Section 2
Article 3 - The Judicial Branch
Section 2 - Trial by Jury, Original Jurisdiction, Jury Trials
In all Cases affecting Ambassadors, other public Ministers and Consuls, and those in which a State shall be Party, the supreme Court shall have original Jurisdiction In all the other Cases before mentioned, the supreme Court shall have appellate jurisdiction, both as to Law and Fact, with such Exceptions, and under such Regulations as the Congress shall make."
