Subsidize This!

Could someone please direct me to the specific section of the U.S. Constitution that authorizes and empowers the U.S. Federal Government to take money from me and give it to farmers? I am deadly serious about this. These constitutional authority questions are leading to an ultimate confrontation with the Federal Government. If we can subsidize farmers we can subsidize anyone. Why not subsidize police officers, teachers, grocery clerks? Why not susidize me? May God have mercy upon us all.
