Tipping the Scales of Justice

When BO explains that he wants to appoint someone to the U.S. Supreme court who has empathy for the "little guy," someone who has roots and ties to the "little guy" and who will fight for the "little guy;" my friends the rule of law has ended. The role of a judge is to accurately apply the laws of the land to all comers fairly and justly, and BLINDLY. To do otherwise is a travesty of justice. If justice is not blind then we no longer have the rule of law but the rule of the whim of men on any given day; which is tryanny. The place to fight for the "little guy" is in the Congress, not the courts. This is a very dark development. May God have mercy on our country and protect us from the little Hitler in the White House.
